Overview
The Victorian Bustle Lace Window Treatment is a luxurious way to give any room a sophisticated appearance. Elegant, polyester jacquard-lace accents feature a floral garden design. Pull the satin ribbon through the eyelets in the center on both ends, gather the fabric, and tie the ribbon to the desired length for a dramatic bustle effect. Window items have scalloped edges and bottom. Specify Lace Curtain Panel or Lace Fan Valance. Measurements are about 18"-21" longer than the size stated, so that the ribbon can be pulled to the actual length. The length can be adjusted depending on how much is tied up.
