Timeless tradition and a sweet elegance grace the Serena Aubusson II Rugs with charming beauty. These luster-washed wool rugs, .5" thick, wear well and feel soft underfoot. The lovely Aubusson design has intricate detailing of roses, florals, acanthus leaves, and scrolls. A high standard of depth and detail, accomplished through intricate handcarving, makes the designs spring vividly to life. Backing is cloth-covered latex. Due to the handcrafted nature, slight variations in size, color, and design are inherent. Specify Rose, Burgundy, Emerald Green, Ivory, Midnight Blue, or Parisian Blue. We recommend professional cleaning by a rug cleaner. Imported.

Flowers and leaves accent the corners of rectangles and are interspersed with smaller florals on the oval and round rugs. These hand-tufted rugs offer a wide range of colors and sizes to coordinate room-size rugs with smaller accent or area rugs. Runners may be used to create a smooth visual transition from room to room; round rugs look elegant beneath tables. Design will vary by size.

The Serena Aubusson II Rugs are made of wool. Backing is cloth-covered latex. Imported.

Rug Care Tips

Vacuum regularly. Use a suction-only vacuum with the beater bar turned off. Shedding is a normal characteristic of wool rugs but will diminish over time with regular vacuuming. Rotate rug annually. For minor spills, clean immediately by blotting with a cloth or sponge. We recommend professional cleaning by a rug cleaner. We also recommend the use of a rug pad to protect the rug and the underlying surface and to prevent color transfer.

The rugs are really beautiful! The colors are very deep and articulate. The burgundy rugs make the room so warm and inviting. The rugs are soft and thick and so comfortable to walk on. I receive many compliments on these rugs. I'm very pleased with the purchase of the Serena Aubusson II rugs and would recommend these rugs due to their beauty and quality.

I have been buying these Serena Aubusson rugs for years; maybe 30 or 40 years. I have them in my kitchen and family room. They are midnight blue and you cannot purchase this blue any where else. I use three sizes. But all sizes are beautiful. Because I use them in high traffic areas, after years of use they look shabby, so I buy new ones. They are a traditional design and I love them. And the only place I know of, to buy them is Touch of Class. I believe they are there own product. I highly recommend these rugs for beauty and wear.

This rug is beautiful, plush and a good price. It was incredibly well wrapped for transit. I noticed an odd smell initially so I placed it in the garage to air it out for a few days. That worked and I haven't noticed an odor since. I recommend this rug and would buy it again.
