Rug Care Tips

Vacuum regularly. Use a suction-only vacuum with the beater bar turned off. Shedding is a normal characteristic of wool rugs but will diminish over time with regular vacuuming. Rotate rug annually. For minor spills, clean immediately by blotting with a cloth or sponge. We recommend professional cleaning by a rug cleaner. We also recommend the use of a rug pad to protect the rug and the underlying surface and to prevent color transfer.

A Beauty of a Rug

I was so taken back by the beauty and quality of the Regal Empire Fleur de Lis Border wool rugs I purchased from Touch of Class. The pictures did not do the rugs justice of just how plush and detailed they were with such vibrant colors. I have gotten so many compliments on them. I replaced hand looped Chinese rugs I had for over 25 years, which was a difficult decision for me so I was very discerning in making my choice. Touch of Class allowed me to try rugs on their rug swatch program. Through that process I found the perfect rugs. I purchased the 8 by 11 and 5'3" and 8 '3" rugs. The brocade detail on each rug is extraordinary. The Fleur de lis Border is just striking. We are so very pleased with the quality, beauty, value and the fact we received them with free shipping. Never disappointed in ordering from Touch of Class. True quality and beauty beyond compare.
