The LED flame torch has LED bulbs to create a bright flickering flame and an Illumaflame(TM) patented random flicker with a "wind" effect. This waterproof torch, 4.5" dia., has long-lasting solar power and is adjustable to three heights (10"H, 19"H, or 38"H).
