Rug Care Tips

Vacuum regularly. Use a suction-only vacuum with the beater bar turned off. Rotate rug annually. For minor spills, clean immediately by blotting with a cloth or sponge. We recommend professional cleaning by a rug cleaner. We also recommend the use of a rug pad to protect the rug and the underlying surface and to prevent color transfer.

The rug hopefully gets the wrinkles out after it is down for a while. It was rolled up and when I unrolled it, it has a lot of bumps. The rug is very thin. Not plush at all. Not really happy with it, but it will have to do for now.

Purchased the Natures Mirage Block Design Area Rug (7'8"x10'10") for our family room. Adds a warmer feeling to area and looks great!!! Pattern/color goes very well with furniture. I have been looking for a while and I received Touch of Class catalog in the mail. So, I am glad I waited some before pulling the trigger.

I bought a runner and matching 3x5 about 5 years ago for my front entry. They are really pretty. I love the leaves and earthy colors! I have an old dog, so I've had a few spots to clean. This is 2nd set for backup. Great rugs! Easy care.

I love this rug but it has waves in it. I shall try the recommendation you suggest and use a hair dryer to see if that will smooth it out.
