Vacuum regularly. Use a suction-only vacuum with the beater bar turned off. Shedding is a normal characteristic of wool rugs but will diminish over time with regular vacuuming. Rotate rug annually. For minor spills, clean immediately by blotting with a cloth or sponge. We recommend professional cleaning by a rug cleaner. We also recommend the use of a rug pad to protect the rug and the underlying surface and to prevent color transfer.

Purchased the 2'6" x 4'2" to place along side of bed. Matches great with the J. Queen Victoria bedding. The quality is there with this rug. Very happy with purchase.
