Vacuum regularly. Use a suction-only vacuum with the beater bar turned off. Shedding is a normal characteristic of wool rugs but will diminish over time with regular vacuuming. Rotate rug annually. For minor spills, clean immediately by blotting with a cloth or sponge. We recommend professional cleaning by a rug cleaner. We also recommend the use of a rug pad to protect the rug and the underlying surface and to prevent color transfer.

These wool runners are so well made and are beautiful. Packaging was phenomenal. Both my husband and I appreciate the luxurious feel when we step out of bed. We live in an old log cabin and these runners are both warm and a lovely addition to the matching quilt on our bed. I highly recommend them.
