The cotton duck cloth Victoria Park Toile Tier Window Treatment features a scenic toile print with a light background. Window treatment has tailored edges. Rod pockets measure 3", except for the Tier Pair, which has 1.5" rod pockets. Specify Bradford Valance, Tier Pair, Scalloped Valance, or Tailored Valance. The layered Bradford Valance has a top layer, attached hem, and solid color bottom layer. The lined Scalloped Valance has piped edges. Dry clean. Imported.
