On September 23, 2025 we ordered the standing deer and fawn and received the item damaged. We ordered another one and received the second one damaged in the box. We called customer service and I explained to them what happened and sent pictures so they could see the damaged antlers on the buck deer. We were sorry this has happened twice, but we liked the standing deer and fawn so much that we gave it one more try. We ordered another one and it was very well packaged and we received it with no damage. Praise God. Touch of class customer service and shipping treated us very nice and were very understanding of the damaged products. Excellent customer service and they did all they could do to keep their customer satisfaction policy.
We will purchase again for Touch of Class and we would recommend their business.They have quality products for your home.

This deer statue is truly beautiful! The first two arrived damaged, but Customer Service took very good care of me and the third one arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend ordering it, as it is truly beautiful!
