My Sea Horse Gems was delivered promptly. However, it came with two gems wrapped up in plastic. Obviously, I had to take responsibility of gluing them myself. In addition, another gem fell out and I, also, had to glue that one. I was surprised to received a defective piece of wall art. I have ordered and received many piece of wall art and all of them were in perfect condition. FYI: This was the 2nd Sea Horse Gem that I ordered; plus I have the additional large matching piece.
