I absolutely love these. I only ordered one valance at first and then saw that I needed two. When I got the second one in it was an inch longer than the first one. I’m a little OCD and I just couldn’t sit and look at that. I called customer service and the lady I talked to was very helpful. She instructed me on what the best way would be to get a refund on the first one. Well, the third one came in and it, too, was also an inch longer so I used valance number 2 and 3 and they match now. The description says they are 20 inches and my first one was, but the other two were 21. All is good now and I am enjoying my new curtains. They are perfect!
