I was apprehensive because I had never heard of Touch of Class and some reviews weren't too favorable. I bought three of these valances. I received them in a timely manner. The quality was very good. As it turns out, I only needed two so I returned the third valance. The return process went just as it was described. Overall, I had a very good experience and will consider buying from them again.

Beautiful and classic. Must be Dry Cleaned, though. Have a runner with similar lining that won't lay flat after washing on delicate. Definitely classy. I chose the straw color and it is perfect. Really made the room.

The product I ordered is very good. Am happy with how the valance looks and is hanging on the 3” rod I purchased. Only complaint is that it took a long time to arrive and it was hard to track on your website.
