This pillow adjusts to your individual needs and will not go flat. Pillow has medium-density, patented interlocking fill that is shredded polyurethane foam. Standard/Queen size is 18.5"x28". A 10-year warranty is included. Machine washable; we recommend machine washing to remove the slight discoloration that has occurred from storing since manufacturing.

Before first use, place the pillow in the dryer on high heat for 15 minutes. Fluff the pillow occasionally once you start using it.

We recommend laundering every four months. If you have allergies, launder every two months or as often as needed. Wash in cold or warm water on the regular cycle; use any detergent. Do not use fabric softener; use extra spin cycles to lessen the drying time.
For Top-Loading Machines: Place two pillows in the washer to balance; if you have only one pillow, use towels to balance.
For Front-Loading Machines: Wash pillows with a full load of laundry.
To Dry: Tumble dry with high heat. Do not use dryer balls or fabric softener; do not worry about over-drying.
