I wrote a review of my first nightlight and suggested there was a design flaw as it came to me with a broken face and I was unable to rotate the base. My review was picked up and quickly responded to. With apologies for my disappointment, I was offered a refund or a replacement. I chose to replace it and was assured the replacement would be without issues. True to their promise, I received another one and it was packed very well and worked just fine. I was so impressed with the care taken to make this purchase right. It is truly a beautiful nightlight.
