The Madelyn Ruffled Tier Window Treatment is perfect for a simple, frilly look. Made from solid color, polyester/cotton, this window treatment features ruffled accents trimmed with lace. Light Cream is solid light cream. Cerulean Blue is light cream with a cerulean blue ruffle. Sage is light cream with a sage ruffle. White is solid white. Specify Tier Pair, Swag Valance Pair, or Ruffled Valance. 3" rod pockets. Length measurement includes the header (except on Ruffled Valance). Machine wash. Imported/USA.
