For carpet, place latex side up; for hard surfaces, place latex side down. Nonslip rug pad, .25" thick, helps reduce puckering and is ideal for tile and uneven surfaces. Rug pad may be used over radiant heat flooring, wood, laminate, ceramic, marble, vinyl, bamboo, and carpet. Indoor use only. Vacuum and hand wash to clean.
