Rolling and Packaging Your Rug for Return

Before packaging your rug, ensure that it is free of pet hair, dirt, and debris. We can only accept rug returns if they are in the original and unused condition.

Materials

  • Rug
  • String or Fabric Ties
  • Plastic Sleeve
  • Plastic Zip Ties
  • Tape
  • Scissors
  • Return Label
  • Paper

If you need a plastic sleeve and zip ties for the rug, Touch of Class has Rug Kits available for a small fee. Simply contact Customer Service.

Directions

  1. From the short side of the rug, roll it tightly into a column. Ensure the information label is facing out at the end of the rug and is easily visible. Roll the rug carefully to avoid telesoping.
  2. Secure the rug column with string or fabric ties.
  3. Slide the rug into the plastic sleeve and secure each end of the sleeve using the plastic zip ties. If there is not enough plastic at the ends to use the zip ties, simply tape it shut.
  4. If you are using the plastic sleeve the rug arrived in, make sure that all old shipping labels have been removed or are covered with paper and tape.
  5. Tape the return label on the rug. Tape the entire paper so it is protected for shipment.
  6. Take the rug to your local FedEx, UPS, or USPS drop-off location.
