The Hellina Window Treatment is solid color, cotton/polyester with elegant tapework insets and scalloped edging on the bottom. Tier Pair is available in three lengths. Tailored Valance has scalloped edges and tapework on a solid color. Short Swag Valance Pair is a solid color with open tapework and scalloped edges. Accents have 1.5" rod pockets. Imported.
