I bought this as a centerpiece for a dining room table. The reviews were all stellar and the image was beautiful and showed no signs of imperfection. It took me awhile to pull the trigger, but I took a chance. Although I still like the actual piece, when one inspects it closely, the paint job is not done as well as I expected it to be based on the site's image. The brown sections between the gold design (on both the orbs and the swan) are not covered completely/evenly. It just doesn't look like it was painted professionally. Also, the shiny rectangular pieces don't fit perfectly into the swirl designs. As long as one doesn't look too closely it's beautiful, but I probably wouldn't have bought it if it was something I could have inspected in person beforehand. I certainly would not have spent over $130 for it. When I bought this, I was also considering buying the matching candleholders, but I don't think I will do so now.

It looks great on my coffee table. I'm pleased with this purchase.

I bought the swan and the candle holders. They make a beautiful center piece for my dining room table. I have gotten so many compliments. It looks much more expensive than it is.

This swan was a little smaller than I expected for where I was going to place it, but it is absolutely beautiful! I had a larger swan that I had purchased years ago from Touch of Class that was sadly broken by accident. I have to say, the swan was well made and it took quite a hard knock and a fall to break it. So, I kept looking both at the catalogs and online until I found one that I liked well enough to replace it with. I'm very happy with my purchase. I have Touch of Class items throughout my home, in each room. Everyone that visits comments on how beautiful or unusual the items are, and I enjoy walking into each room and seeing the items I've chosen over the years. These include pictures, sculptures, flowers arrangements, figurines, rugs, toilet seats, and many more. I will continue to buy their very satisfying, very nice, long lasting, beautiful, unusual products!
