I ordered the pillow in the deep red and had my initial embroidered in gold. There was a problem with one of the tassels on the pillow. The knot became loose and the threads began to fall off. Touch of Class customer service went above and beyond my expectations. They sent me a return slip with all postage paid. I received a replacement and have enjoyed my pillow since then. It looks beautiful on my bed and makes my rest time an absolute treat. The pillow is soft and comfortable.

I originally bought these two pillows with the spread two years ago. The round one was back ordered and eventually canceled. When I saw that it was back in stock, I reordered it along with another square one, both in the cinnamon color, as one of the tassels on the original square one had come apart and couldn't be repaired. The two new ones were very similar, but the tassels were shorter, and both were a slight bit smaller. The color was not quite as vibrant. As I was replacing the original square one and only using the two new ones, it is not noticeable. However, if only replacing one, it would be.
