Lined window treatment has tailored framed bottom edges and 3" rod pockets. Specify Empire Valance or Curtain Pair. Empire Valance has an embroidered edge. Curtain Pair also has embroidered framing on the inside edges and includes tiebacks. For best results, dry clean. Imported. The curtain pair width is the total width of two panels together.
