The firescreen received today has a black frame and a black screen. There is blackish bronze finish on the leaves and the large center decoration. The leaves and center decoration are not as well defined, heavy, and bronze as they appear in the listing picture. In fact, they appear to be made out of sheet metal and the center decoration is off-stamped a little. The soldered areas are sloppily executed. The overall design of the screen is nice, but the materials used for the leaves and center decoration, lack of attention to detail, and not producing a screen that is faithful to the rendering provide a disappointing product.

The screen arrived 3 days after purchase, big plus because I was anxious to get it. I was pleasantly surprised since the screen is much prettier in person and looks outstanding on my stone fireplace. It looks classy plus expensive.

I purchased Ashville door toppers several years ago. I love them over 2 entries out from living room. We have gas fireplace so actually we do not need the fireplace screen, but we purchased this to protect our 15+ years old dog who is failing with her vision and hearing in last several month. It looks very nice and arrived in 3 days upon placing this order.

We thought this was a beautiful fireplace screen. Unfortunately it didn't work for us since the sides didn't cover the entire fire place. We're looking forward to future products that Touch of Class offers to make a replacement purchase.
