The Arras Window Treatment is the epitome of sophistication. The polyester sheer tulle window treatment is a solid color. Specify Curtain Panel or Victory Swag Valance. Sold individually, the Curtain Panel has a 3" rod pocket and measures 50"Wx84"L. The Victory Swag Valance features scoops, bells, jabots, front tabs, and a 2" ruffle along the bottom edge. The scoops are the shaped swag section, the bells separate the scoops, the jabots are the long side sections, and the front tabs carry the curtain rod. The dips are the spaces between the front tabs. One valance fits windows up to 54"W. Scoops are 18"L, jabots are 26"L and not included in the overall measurement, and tabs are 4"W. Overall, valance is 60"Wx32"L. Hand wash. Imported/USA.
