Exactly what is stated in the description. It is weighted so it will not tip over easily. This is important. It looks classy and more expensive than it was.

My wife doesn't like it. She thinks it's ugly. I like it because it has some weight to it and doesn't tip over when you tear off the toilet tissue, like the one she got for me.

I bought this in the cream color and it is perfect! It is the exact color and style of my bathroom. I wish I could add a photo. Others commented about the weight. I have no problem with the weight. It does not tip over when being used. Also, mine was not wobbly at all, but I added felt pads just because I don't want to take chances with scratching the tile floor. I might have to buy another one for my other bathroom.
