Caribbean Sunset

nice piece but poor customer service

This is a very nice piece. I was hesitant to purchase it because I thought it was too pricey. On top of the hefty price for the piece itself, there was the outrageous shipping charges. The shipping was more than I have ever paid for anything purchased online and it took longer to get to me than anything I have ever purchased online. Outrageous! I called customer service several times and each time the customer service was horrible. Thank goodness I really like the piece and it looks great in my tropical bathroom. But, I will think twice before purchasing anything else from this website.

Caribbean Sunset Wall sculpture

Looks great on the wall. I wold have given it 5 stars but I think you need to be sure to hang it so it is viewed only from a distance of at least several feet as up close a few flaws can be seen. But by 6 or 8 feet away it looks great, and really brightens up the wall. I have it on the upper part of a wall in a two story living area. I am very pleased with it and am strongly considering purchasing one of the other designs (the desert scene) for a vacation home in the Southwest.

Had been looking for a wall sculpture for quite some time with no success. Saw Caribbean Sunset in your catalog and knew we had finally found the right one. Living in Florida with a Western exposure made this piece even more appropriate. Colors blend perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

Met our expectations. We are using it in a "florida room" style kitchen - with parrots and stuff. Easy to hang, one person to hold sculture while one person to mark hanger holes. This product was not packed as well as other scultures we have ordered from Touch of Class. Very fragile - needed sturdier packing. One hook separated from the sculture during shipping - we crazy-glued it instead of returning the piece. Worked fine.
