The piece came well packaged. No issue there. So, it was defective prior to being packaged. It’s one square that’s bent outward, next to a weld, so it’s not possible to bend it back. I chose to live with it. But, it does look gorgeous above our fireplace mantle.

We loved the look of this sculpture. The web picture is true as far as colors. Unfortunately, the box was ripped right in the front and therefore bent one of the blue metal squares. This can't be fixed, so it was returned. We might purchase another one, with hopefully better results.

The artwork is so great - we needed something that size, colorful, and squarelike objects. Looked online - forever - eyes hurt. She saw this then showed me --- No delay- perfect>>> and hung up it surely is.

Just received ours and mounted above our dining room windows. Could not be more pleased. Pictured well on the site. Very good quality, heavy duty framing but concealed for the most part. Needed only 2 screws for hanging. The style is exactly what we were looking for, esp with the open areas - looks airy. A bit concerned re the blues, but they are very attractive and add a nice new color palette. Pricewise = worthy. So custom, and does not look like we picked it up at Kohls or some home store. Packed beautifully too.

Before we ordered, we read the reviews of the company. There are a lot of negative comments about the company regarding their customer service and quality of the merchandise, which made us hesitant to order. However, with our dining room remodel and new furniture, the sculpture seemed to be the perfect centerpiece to tie in the room, so we took a chance and ordered. The item arrived on time. It was very well packaged and came undamaged. It was exactly as it was shown on the website, and looks absolutely lovely in the dining room. Perhaps Touch of Class heeded the reviews and tightened up their business model? Perhaps the reviewers experienced true, but rare anomalies? Whichever the reasons, ours was smooth experience. The sculpture itself is high quality stainless steel with vibrant colors. the welds are sturdy, and hanging the item only took one hook instead of the 4 provided, as it's lighter than it looks. Overall, we are pleased and it was a good buy.

I loved this product and was anxious to have it in my home. Received two different ones and both were defective. Customer service on first return was good...second one not so much. Gave up, but sad about it not working out.

I love the color and medium of this art piece. It really is as nice as the picture shows. however, the only thing i'm not particularly happy with is that the structure of the piece is not square. So no matter how I adjust it on the wall, at some angles it looks like I hung it crooked. I'm sure its due to the uniqueness of each piece, but it's kind of annoying.

I bought this item because it is unique and soothes the style I want. I am not disappointed.

I was pleased to find this item was made here in the U.S. I encourage TofC to purchase more items made here. A star was lost due to several defects in the product, but none major enough to warrant returning it. It is colorful and adds needed color and design to an otherwise drab hallway. It would look nicer if I had a place to hang it where I could approach it head-on, as opposed to from the side.
