Even though the illustration shows a great looking Reading Cat Sculpture, I didn't realize just how impressive that it is. The Sculpture is a solid piece of work with some weight to it. I don't have a lot of accent pieces around the house and I had to remove one to put on the glass shelf of an end table. The Cat Sculpture is staying as it definitely is a show off piece, really something special.

This cat is going to a new home since he was purchased as a gift. However, I confess to opening the box and was surprised that this bespectacled guy is quite large, more suited to a coffee table and not an end table. This is a great piece for cat lovers who are also avid readers and difficult to buy for. (My in-laws for example) The cat is constructed well, very pretty with a muted brown-bronze color and darling wire rimmed glasses. I wish I would have purchased one for myself - and if Touch of Class can find a reading DOG I will be compelled to purchase. Very happy with Mr. Kitty Kat. No cons at all- but, do double check the size and be aware he is not actual bronze or ceramic- this is a resin piece.
