What a great piece for a room! It's so versatile. It's a newspaper or magazine rack, but also a fireplace log carrier. I just wish we had a fireplace to go with it! It is situated next to my recliner, which is a light-colored upholstered piece and shows off well. We're delighted with this recent purchase. I'm off to peruse your clearance section, yet again.

I've looked for a very long time for a magazine rack that was well made AND looked great too! This is it. Very attractive. I'll leave it on the side of the chair that you see when you walk in the room. Looks good with oil rubbed bronze or could fit in with antiqued brass. Money well spent.
