I did not like this metal wall art. It did not look like it did on the Internet. I think it is terrible that you do not pay for shipping if a customer is not happy with it. I called to tell an operator this and she was unprofessional. She was short with me and said this was on the invoice you received that we do not pay unless it is damaged!
