Plan to Iron for Hours
Kathy from Chicago from IL wrote on October 22, 2019

Purchased the 90"x84" Cream for our bedroom. Had to put each panel in the dryer for 20 minutes to soften them up. Then I spent about 3 1/2 hours ironing them and as I was hanging them, they wrinkled again. They are NOT room darkening. Pinch pleated draperies in this size are hard to find, unless you go custom. The jury is still out on the "Thermal" as the weather is not yet that cold. Still, they look great. Would I purchase them again? NO.

Very Disappointed

I ordered the Crosby drapes in Latte. The drapes did not match the color on the Internet whatsoever. (Everything I’ve ordered previously matches the color displayed.). Latte does describe the color as shown, however, my “latte” drapes are chocolate brown. I should have returned them instead of hanging them up and hating them. The fabric quality was as expected, the drapes do darken the room at night, but light does come through in the morning. And lastly, some vertical edges are wavy and don’t hang straight. This is the only item I have been disappointed with. The rugs are great.

Great quality for the price point. Cream color is more butter than cream. Wrinkles easily iron out.

The description said light cream, but it looked more yellow than the picture. They were very wrinkled. Other than that they were good quality.

Keeps Out the Cold

Our bedroom faces West and with no trees or any sort of windbreak, these drapes were necessary. After installing, the temperature in our bedroom was, at last, comfortable! These are made of a good quality fabric that seems to be durable and long-lasting.

Good quality, lovely looking.

Blocks light, good features.

Too many wrinkles

Beautiful color, great thermal lining, but packing caused many wrinkles. However after laying out over my ironing board for a couple of days, I hung them and wrinkles have disappeared.

Just So So

Great that I can throw them in the laundry. That was the reason for my purchase. Also they can be purchased by the pair. Many stores now you purchase them by the panel ugh. They were over priced compared to past purchases. They do the job

Excessively Wrinkled
Karen from WI wrote on May 17, 2016

Purchased the Crosby pinch pleat drapes that arrived totally wrinkled. They were so wrinkled that washing them didn't remove the wrinkles. In using a damp pressing cloth and steam iron didn't fix them either. Eventually had to take them to the dry cleaners for pressing. Beware of condition.

Great Drape!

Love these drapes. Just wish they weren't so wrinkled. Spent the better part of a day ironing them, and still didn't get them completely ironed out. Really block the light, and that is what I was looking for. I am going back for another pair.

too wrinkled

I bought pinch-pleated drapes for three large windows...they are very pretty, but I probably spent 12 hours ironing them to get the wrinkles out!

I was looking for heavy insulated drapes.i love these because they are the old fashion drapes with the backings on the drape it self. the color is bright(linen).they are just right for the size of the house that gets the strong winds.

Curtains are very nice and light weight they seem to have a slight bluer tint in my home but quite a nice shade of sage I am very happy with them and they shipped and were here in just a few days

Just what the window needed!
Grandmother of 7 from VA wrote on February 18, 2014

I received my curtains promptly as promised. I took them out to inspect, they were a little wrinkled but nothing that my steam iron could not handle. I had been anticipating what they would look like once I hung them. They met all my needs: heavy duty, insulated, light blocker and affordable. I would recommend these pinch-pleated curtains to anyone. I am thinking about ordering a pair for my office and bedroom. Nice product and most of all affordable.

Poorly packed and black spots over the drapes. Not even folded as a pinch pleat, it was stuffed in it's bag. I was very disappointed.

I love it!
