It doesn’t have anything to keep the towels from rolling, or a way to tear them off. Should have rod from base up to hold them back.

Love!! Have been looking for the perfect paper towel holder for a while and this is it! Only reason I did not give it a 5 out of 5 is because the crystal must have been glued on a little bit crooked. But, I emailed them and they are looking into getting me a replacement out.

I don’t write reviews often, but this product deserves it! Beautiful marble base, sturdy upright handle, and a beautiful glass antique knob on top. I’ve always wanted something that worked beautifully with our farmhouse, and this is it, and nothing else compares. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased this paper towel holder because it is unlike any other I came across!!! It's unique in style and a fine piece of workmanship. It was a real bargain and I should have told myself --"It's not Murano Glass!" I'm blessed to have Kohler products in my bathrooms and now a paper towel holder that if you look at it closely, you will notice air bubbles and a dull glass door knob, but I am truly happy and blessed to add this fine piece to my bathroom too. Thanks for offering this product and making it possible for me to bring it into my home. Enjoy the Holidays!
