I have been looking for a new fireplace screen for years when I received a catalog from Touch of Class. This screen was exactly what I was looking for. It is well made and fits perfectly. I received this screen within a couple of days of ordering and I am very pleased.

Love it! We just remodeled our floor to ceiling fireplace. This screen is perfect. We burn a fire almost every night and the only con would be that is that embers can get out underneath the screen as it sits up slightly. It arrived in a week and it was reasonably priced. Exactly what I was looking for.

I am very satisfied with the product itself. I did have a problem with the purchase though, because the product was shipped much later than what I was promised by the customer service representative and arrived after the new years instead of promised 12/28/17. I paid for the express delivery and was not satisfied with the fact that it was not actually express. So, I called the customer service and asked for a refund of just the shipping premium that I paid. The customer service representative was not willing to do this while on the call, but to my great surprise, the reimbursement check for the delivery premium was mailed to me a few days later. So, I really appreciate that your company was able to evaluation the situation properly and make the right decision. I will gladly purchase from your site in the future as a result of that. I absolutely love this beautiful fireplace screen! It perfectly replaced my old, brass one and helped give the room a new look! It is high quality, heavy and a good price, and I was very satisfied with customer service and super fast delivery! I honestly held off ordering it, though, because I hated to pay $18 for shipping...but after a couple weeks or so, I received an email offering free shipping on all items for a limited time, so I definitely took advantage! What a nice perk!

We bought this to keep our pet away from the glass of a gas fireplace, which gets extremely hot. It is a lovely addition to our new home and the quality is good. Shipment was prompt.

Great screen for the money. The brass etching really gives it some class and elegance. Really like the scroll work designs throughout the piece. Very stable (won't tip over) has tips on legs for good balancing and sturdiness. Highly recommend this product. Have spent over $300 on other screens and not any nicer looking than this screen. BUY IT!!

Arrived as ordered, in good condition.

I bought 2 and love them. They arrived within a week which was perfect. The 2nd one had some scratches on it but I still kept it. Other than the scratches, they are beautiful!
