The curtains themselves are wonderful. I was just replacing some panels my puppy destroyed. They look great (or I would have chosen differently). Then, the customer service was outstanding. I made a mistake in my order and a simple email corrected it immediately! So, yay!

I purchased 3 of these patio panels to hang over my sliding glass door. They are very simple and elegant and add just the right amount of coverage. The ivory has a bit of very pale yellow tint, but it works perfectly in my decor. I at first ordered 2 patio panels for this sliding door, but then opted for a third because I wanted a fuller look and a bit more privacy. I also have four regular panels on a 48" window adjacent to this door. They hang perfectly and "finish" the room very tastefully. The fabric is beautiful an consistent even though I ordered 3 separate times. All matched and hung perfectly. VERY pleased with the product. I am currently waiting on shorter panels to complete the look in my kitchen. I have a great room and the living, dining and kitchen all are open. Matching curtains pull it all together.
