These are really beautiful and look nice on either side of an antique mirror.

I’ve loved and wanted this pair of sconces for a long time, but my husband preferred another pair also from Touch of Class. For my anniversary present I purchased the Athea sconces to replace the other sconces, but my husband was right. The Athena sconces were too short to look good with one on each side of the Lena Liu Music Room picture hanging in my living room over the fireplace. Well, loving the Athea sconces, I wasn’t going to return them so I hung them on each side of a soft floral original on another wall in my living room and it’s perfect! The satin brass finish is not as bright and shiny as it appears on the website, but it ended up matching the picture frame perfectly! The sconces are well made and heavy. I’m waiting for Luminara battery operated candles to arrive to complete the beautiful look!

Wow! The Athea Mirrored Wall Candle Holders are outrageously gorgeous. I mean we live simply out in the country in a small farming town in Arkansas and I thought oh no I’ve gone too fancy. But, it’s so lovely my husband who rolled his eyes at first was the first to admit our bedroom had been really upgraded. And I had a vision all along buying pieces from Touch of Class, one piece at a time. Starting with the beautiful Athea long and skinny mirror (gorgeous), then the ballerina (blue), until the bedroom is ornate and stunning and looking more like a castle than a farm house! All at reasonable prices too! Thanks, Touch of Class. I am so addicted to you!

I really like the detail on these sconces. I got two of them to put on either side of a mirror. Much heavier and a bit larger than expected, but totally worth it. Very elegant and great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
