Thought it was too expensive. The top drawer should of had a built in stop so it doesn't come comepletly out. The dowel that was included is a cheap idea--expected better from you. Free shiping would be apppreciated.

A search for a book table

I went xearching; for a piece of furniture that was at once a table, bookase, magazine holder and remote drawer. Search ended with Touch of Class and this terrifice piece. It is beautiful, well made,unique and a fine answer to all my needs.

Quality piece of furniture

THis is a real piece of furniture. Makes a perfect end table next to your favorite reading chair. Ample storage for your reading material on the shelves and the drawer is a perfect place for your eyeglasses or remote controls!

I would give it 5points except that the wheels are too far recessed, I had to put furniture slide pads under all carpet-hitting points; now it works fine! I might add I bought it because I have a left side was affected by a stroke, and isn't very usable nor strong. I was so glad to find a way to keep my many magazines off the floor by my chair as well it is now easier to move it away at night with the pads. My husband found it very easy to assemble.
