The color I thought would be 'brick' is slightly more maroon or burgundy then pictured. Still looks nice. Impossible to tell its metal until you touch it. Definately look like laquered ceramic plates. Its a tad pricy for thin metal but if it were real plates it would be heavy to mount. Goes nicely with my kitchen decor wish I were able to paste a picture.

The painting is beautiful; however, it arrived with a defect (some sort of varnish was dripped down the center of the painting), so I will be returning this for replacement.

I have received many compliments on it, and the colors are vibrant. I do think, however, it is a little overpriced for the quality.
