Rectangular, ivory silk shade is 11"Wx8"D. Bronze has black and bronze trim on top and bottom; sorry, Bronze is no longer available. UL listed. Requires 40W/9W CFL max. bulb. Overall, table lamp is 24"H.

I really like this lamp....I would have liked the gold to be a little brighter but plan on going to hobby store and getting gold paste.
