This clock is very elegant and sturdy. It is not flimsy and cheap looking at all. It made my kitchen look very elegant. I purchased this item because my kitchen is decorated in purple grapes and the wine theme. I also purchased several other items from the Vina Bella Collection. My kitchen looks amazing.

The Vina Bella wall clock is very elegant looking. It is good quality. The only problem I ran into with this item was that the little hand on the clock was broken. It would just flop around and not stay put. I sent it back for another one. I was still enpress with the clock. It was just one of those things. Can't wait until I receive my new one. My kitchen will be decorated all in Vina Bella Collection. I had purchased the Vina Bella Wine Stand and the Vina Bell wall sconce set. They are also very elegant looking. I just purchased the Vina Bella Plate rack with some plates. Can't wait until they get to my house. Touch of Class was really great about me returning the damage item and replacing it for a new one.

When I first received the Vina Bella Wall Clock, the hands arrived broken. I called and was sent a replacement clock. Touch of Class paid for the return postage and the postage on the new clock. On the replacement, the hands refused to move so I took a chance and moved the face of the clock away from the glass to free up the hands, second hand included. It worked! And now I have this exceptionally beautiful clock that's still working and keeping good time for two years now.

looks like a 10 year old made it. the back is extremely poor made in the sodering of product. husband thought it was used out of the box. i hope it stays on wall for at least a couple of months. very poorly made.

LOVED the design of this clock, so, in spite of the other reviews, I went ahead & bought it. I thought it was ok when it arrived, but when I went to set it, the hour hand started swinging freely, just like a previous review. I knew from other reviews that sending it back would do no good because they seem to ALL be defective, so I took it to a local clock repair guy and he was able to fix it quickly. Now I love it, but you should not have to take a brand new clock to a repair shop!
