Each sheer polyester panel features two scalloped bands of macrame lace at the middle and bottom, while a matching lace band forms a 17"L attached valance. The Valerie panels are very good quality at a great price. All of my 8 panels purchased hung straight with no problems . I even purchased two extra panels (tan).

Love the colors, but workmanship is bad. Have five of them hanging together, and no two of them match up the lines. I needed them to finish a room before lots of company, but am thinking I won't leave them up long if I find something I like in the same colors
