Nice, but could be nicer

These drapes look nice. Even though I had to hang three sets of them together, they are not too busy (I thought they might be). Do not be fooled by the size. They are 64" TOGETHER, so 32' per panel. I didn't understand this and had to order more drapes and pay shipping AGAIN!
When you take them out of the package they have a terrible smell to them. I do not understand why. I have never opened something I ordered and have it smell.
Also, these drapes are not lined. They are almost see through. I am going to pay to have mine lined, because they will look better.
Bottom line- if you need to match something or stay within a budget, these are nice. If not, you may want to shop other options.
