I ordered these candle holders and one arrived broken and when I called for a replacement they told me I had to wait until they contact another department to see if it was OK to ship me another one. It was over a week and I had to contact them again after I gave them the item which I told them that was broken and asked again which one it was therefore it is over and still haven't shipped my item will never order from them again takes to long after u have spent your money for something u can't enjoy.
