This was the first time I ordered from this company. This item was beautiful. It would have been even more beautiful if it had arrived in one piece. It was shipped with absolutely no packaging except for the cardboard box. It arrived in about 4 pieces. Very disappointing. This item is way to delicate to be shipped without some sort of cushioning inside the box.
