I really liked this when I received it. The quality is nice, but I was hoping for a little brighter color in the leaves and stems. They look just dark--very little green. Also the main flower reads bluish gray which I can't use. If colors were a little brighter I would LOVE it.
This looks great on the wall in my office. It arrived fine, not damaged, but I was concerned from the reviews here. I mentioned this on the phone when I ordered, and there was also some bubble wrap in the box. I think maybe one of the flower petals might have been a bit bent, but you really cant tell at all. I would rather have the sculpture on my wall than chance re-ordering and getting either the same or worse. I have gotten many compliments on it!
I purchased the "'Sweet Harmony" wall sculpture for a recessed area of my home's entrance just off the kitchen. I liked the contemporary look and the muted colors. When the first one was delivered, the box was dented and there was NO PACKING MATERIAL to protect it. Needless to say it arrived in several pieces (broken). I immediately called customer service. They issued a return postage label and I received the new sculpture 1 week after I mailed the first one back. The new one was in perfect condition (it was protected with bubble wrap). I just LOVE it!!!!
I ordered Sweet Harmony for a recessed section of the entrance to my home. I was looking for something modern and different, and this fit the bill. However, when it arrived, several petal of the flowers were broken off and the sculpture itself seemed to be flattened. There was no packing in the box with the sculpture. After a brief call to TOC, I received a postage paid FedEx label and returned it. 1 week later I received the new sculpture in perfect condition-this time there was bubble wrap covering it in the box. Thank you TOC! It is now truly hanging in "sweet harmony"!!!!!
I received this product badly packed and damaged! I like it so I repaired it with metal glue. I had e-mailed you the day I ordered it to warn about the deficiency of your packing -I had read about it on your website "comments" from another customer; however, it does not seem that you pay attention to requests/warnings!!! I also e-mailed you upon receiving the damaged merchandise to request a discount as damaged goods are not really what I ordered BUT i received NO REPLY from you. I do not think I will be a customer of A Touch of Class again! Even if it had arrived intact, it is a bit expensive for the way it is made...cheaply in China!
