I thought the scounces were a bit cheap for what I paid for them. The glass cylinders were bubbled and one was cracked and the other broke when I tried drying it after washing. The color was wrong. I purchased metal stain to improve the color and purchased stronger cylinders. They look 100% better on the wall now.

Worst customer service

One of the glass containers came broken and I called customer service and specifically told the rep that I needed another replacement as soon as possible since we bought these sconces for an event at my house. She made note of it and told me the best they could do was send it fedex ground. A few days I called back and another rep told me they sent it regular through the post and not what was promised to me. I am really upset and would never buy anything from this company again!!!! I will def write other reviews so others know the customer service is non existent.

Not what I expected from Touch of Class

I bought as I needed something large to go next to a picture. What can I say? It looks like it is hand made, curled metal not shaped same on each curl. The two hangers on back kept it from laying flat against wall. We bent bottom hanger and it is better, not great. The glass for the candle had a bump in the middle where a candle will go. You will have to carve a hole in your candle for it to set in the glass. Why would you produce something that can not be used as is? I have purchased candle sconces before and they were very well made. Disappointed in these, will keep as already paid almost $13 in shipping and handling and don't want to be out almost $26 altogether to return. Quality control and better return policy would definitely do wonders for you!

Hangs Crooked

The back has two hooks for hanging and you really only need one. Saw off the bottom hook and the sconce hangs perfectly!
