Christmas Delivery InformationTo ensure delivery of in-stock items by Christmas, order by:
December 8, 2016 for regular delivery or December 15, 2016 for express delivery
Use the following chart for shipping and handling charges within the contiguous 48 states (for each additional shipping address). These calculations apply to each shipping address. Orders containing a merchandise total of $1,000 or more will require a signature at delivery. Allow a few days for all boxes to arrive and check packaging. Additional Shipping Charges-Contiguous 48 StatesSome items are heavier or bulkier than others and require an additional shipping charge. These items are identified with a Shipping Surcharge displayed below the item name on the product detail page. This is in addition to the standard shipping and handling charges listed. Items identified as "Truck Freight" are too heavy or bulky for regular delivery. A freight company will contact you regarding home delivery. Include your phone number on order form. "Truck Freight" items are available only in the contiguous USA.
Standard DeliveryOrders for in-stock items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Include daytime phone numbers when ordering. Shipping charges are applied to the first of multiple shipments. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Orders containing a merchandise total of $1,000 or more will require a signature at delivery.
Express ShippingShipping charges for Express Shipping will be quoted via email for your approval. This service is not available for: oversize, heavyweight, bulky items, or items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Direct Ship ItemsItems identified as "direct ship" are shipped directly from the manufacturer and cannot be gift wrapped or express shipped. Items will be shipped only to street addresses (no P.O. Boxes); indicate your cross street. Please allow 2-6 weeks for shipment.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US TerritoriesShipping charges for deliveries outside the contiguous U.S. will be quoted via email.
Free shipping offers apply only to shipments made to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Balloon, non-machineable, oversized, heavyweight, direct ship, and other select breakable items are excluded from shipment outside the contiguous U.S.

Truck DeliverySome items are too heavy or bulky to ship using our standard ground delivery service. These items will ship by Truck. They will only be shipped to addresses in the contiguous U.S. If an item requires Truck Delivery, it will be noted in the Shipping tab of that item's page on our web site.
Someone will need to be home when this item is delivered. Before this item is shipped to you, one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you with additional delivery information. During Checkout, please be sure to provide a day time phone number where we can use to contact you. Contact Customer Service for more details at 1-800-457-7456.
A trucking company will call you to set a delivery window for your order (Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). The truck is an eighteen wheel, semi truck that must be able to drive to your residence. Some large or heavy items that are difficult to move may require assistance that you will need to provide. The driver is responsible for unloading the item from the truck and taking the item just inside the door of your house or apartment at ground level.
- Please inspect the order with the driver present, and if you notice any damage to the box or packaging, note this with the driver and write in detail on the driver's delivery receipt.
- Do not sign for the shipment if there are visible signs of damage without noting this on the receipt. If you see that an item is damaged, then refuse that item only and also note this on the delivery receipt.
- If you accept the item, make sure you inspect it inside your home immediately for any concealed damage and report it to Touch of Class. If damage is found, you must keep all packing materials and the box. Please do not move the item from the address to which it was delivered.
- If there is nothing wrong with the item, and you elect to refuse shipment or return the item, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from your location. If you experience any problems with the trucking company, please call Touch of Class and ask for customer service.
Foreign DeliveryTouch of Class will ship soft fabric goods, including bedding and window treatments, to most foreign addresses.
Hard goods, direct ship items, and other select items are excluded from shipment outside the United States.
