It really adds to the decor of the room. It is a little difficult to turn the switch on and off because it is so recessed.

I ordered this item in August 2012 (4 months ago) and it was back ordered 3x. When it finally shipped, it got lost in the mail and customer service said a replacement would be mailed. I did not receive confirmation of the item being mailed and customer service is not available on Sunday when I am available though the sales people are available 7 days a week. Once you "buy" the product, the service to get it is less than stellar! Now I will have to return the switch plate (at m expense) that matches the outlet cover received last summer. It should be obvious that if part of a set can't be shipped the customer needs to be called or emailed. I am disappointed to say the least!

This product was very poorly designed, it will not mount flush with the wall and the toggle switch barelly sticks out of the hole (too thick).

Switch was beautiful. Elegant, and great quality However the plate itself is very thick, I could not use it do to having a dimmer switch on the plate. The plate would barely peek thru with a normal light switch. Switch is very pretty but not practical.
