Rug Saver(TM) Rug Pads are polyester scrim coated with PVC. Imported.

Rug pads can be easily cleaned by hand washing with warm water and a mild detergent. Air dry flat.

This rug pad is excellent. We use it for the area rug in our front door entry way. Even our 40 pound terrier who runs in circles when someone comes to the door can't make the rug shift --- the rug actually stays in place! Will never use any other rug pad.
