I am a Rooster collector using black accents. Hung this by black chains from the ceiling in an area where a hallway begins from my kitchen. There is no door facing...just open to ceiling and it looks wonderful acting as a "divider" from the kitchen. I used another one over a doorway nearby. (Sigh!)

I bought the black over the door rooster plaque because of the rooster theme in my house. LOVE it! Also had wonderful idea for another one if it is still available....will hang from ceiling by black chains in area that goes into hallway from kitchen where there is no separation. It looks awesome!
