My son bought this for me quite a few years ago.. I have always loved it. It recently broke and I am ordering another. The post for the towels broke from the resin bottom. I suggest a screw that goes threw the bottom of the base into the metal post. I miss using mine and I can't wait to recieve my new one.

Hate it and never thought there would be a problem so didn't keep box. Stuck with it!!! Too expensive to put in garage sale. The roll of paper will not tear off good due to bottom of holder has a one inch lip on it instead of being flat. Plus hard to change roll, the whole rod unscrews when take off top of holder. Literally hate this thing!!!!
