I originally wanted nylon sheers but couldn't find them at a decent price with pinch pleats. I thought I would take a chance and I really like these. They hang beautifully. The did need a little ironing when they arrived but that was expected. Would definitely buy again!

I am pleased with these hard-to-find well-made pinch pleated shear drapes made for installation with drapery pins on traverse rods. I am disappointed in the marketplace that there are so few well-made pinch pleated draperies without having to resort to costly custom-made drapes. At least I can still afford these.

It is very hard to find pinch pleated drapes that you can hang on a traverse rod. I dislike the new style drapes with the giant grommets that you slide on a regular rod.

Needed a pair of 120" sheers for a room re-do and was a little nervous about ordering sight unseen. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the perfect fit to my old drapery rod. They hang beautifully and are a lovely finish to my room.

5 Stars Excellent sheers

from MI on wrote:

I bought these to replace a pair of sheers from JCP and these are far superior to those. The heading is well done, pleats are perfectly spaced and stitched, the side seams are even and smooth, and the hem is deeper than most sheers with weights in the corners. I used a steam iron on low (polyester fabric) to take out the wrinkles from packaging....and they hang beautifully straight and even on the top and bottom. These were my first TOC purchase and am really pleased with the quality of the sheers. I also like the secure packaging they were shipped in and the speed of arrival.

These curtains are a very good value for the money. I've ordered three sets so I guess I like them. I wanted pinched pleat curtains in a more casual style. It took me a long time to find these. They are just right.

Only found one problem, one of the 120" x 84 pairs was longer than the other (120" x 85) so I had to re-hem. Fabric is nice, workmanship is nice. Also had to iron as they were too wrinkled to hang.

4 Stars Splendor Drapery Pleats

These curtains work perfectly. I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 because of one of the side hems, a very small detail, material caught in the hem. Doable, but being a sewer I would notice.

4 Stars Sheer drapes

from IL on wrote:

I was happy to find sheer pinch pleat drapes available on line because they are hard to find. I was happy with the price. I was not sure about size to order. The dimension of my window suggested one size, and the number of pinch pleats suggested a larger size. However, the larger size had too many pleats for my hooks. So I ordered the smaller size, and found I could not close them completely unless I did not hook them on the outside brackets. Since I also have heavy drapes in front of the sheers, it is satisfactory, but not perfect. When I ironed them, they hung nicely.

I was happy to find pinch pleat sheer drapes. It seems only grommet top is in style right now. I was pleased with these drapes overall. The quality of fabric and design was very good. The color was not what I would describe as pearl, a little too yellow. But bright white would not have worked for me. I was disappointed one of the pleats was sewn wrong and I had to take it apart and sew it myself.

My former semi sheers were custom drapes. After a number of years - 8 - I sent them out to be dry cleaned. One side of each panel was in shreds. To replace them, I got two quotes of between $1400 - $2000! I was told pinch pleats are now only custom. Sure glad I was employed when I put. In my other pinch pleat drapery. I was able to cut the drapes I ordered from Touch of Class. After hemming and pressing, the drapes look fine.

I couldn't find pinch pleated draperies to fit the traverse rod over my wide front picture windows. I could go the custom route but that is pricey and takes a long time. Since your company offered the exact size I needed- 120x84- I decided to give internet shopping a try. I could hardly believe that the sheers arrived in just a few days, well packaged, and the fabric is great quality. In less than a week , I have a beautiful new window treatment for a very reasonable price!

I have been looking in the stores for sheer pinch-pleat drapes for quite some time. It seems nobody carries them. I was very pleased to find them online through Touch of Class. I couldn't decide between 2 shades of white . Touch of Class solved my dilemma by sending me swatches of both colors. The drapes arrived quickly after ordering and were exactly what I had been looking for. Very good quality for a very reasonable price. I am totally satisfied with my purchasing experience

I ordered these draperies for my mother to be shipped to her for our arrival and installation. They arrived in a short length of time. For the price they are a good product, constructed well and look very nice. They hang beautifully after a light pressing. I ordered the pearl (off white) color although the color of the sheers is definitely white, but the color works for my mother.. On the packaging the color is stated as beige. There was a tiny red spot on the leading edge but I was able to remove most of it and it doesn't show once hung. All in all I am happy with the product and would recommend them.

I bought the Splendow semi-sheers in Pearl, which is off white, and I am very pleased with my purchase. These are weighted, full, and reasonable priced. Pinch pleated semi sheers are hard to find anymore, and I actually feel these are superior to my old ones that were purchased at another store that no longer sells them. I had to wet them them down to remove wrinkles before hanging, but that was no big deal. I highly recommend these and have already recommended them to a friend who has been looking for pinch pleated semi-sheers. Very happy!

I ordered 144 x 86. T of C was the only place I could find them. I accepted the only color (beige) but in putting them up, I found that they absolutely needed to press them - even after rinsing them out and drying a little and hanging them. The sheerness is quite nice.

Mostly - I liked the color - it was perfect. But I have mailed it back for a refund. I absolutely needed the privacy of a semi-sheer drapery. I could see my neighbors across the street after I hung one up. I was very disappointed. Other than that - they are lovely. Thank you

5 Stars Perfect for my Livingroom

I got samples of the drapes and the white seemed too bright so I ordered the other and it is perfect! It actually appears as a muted white and isn't as stark. My only comment is that part of one drape is about an inch longer and I had to hand sew it up to have it hang just right. I'm very pleased with the result overall.

I like the way the curtains are made but I'm not happy with the quality control of the products when their shipped. I ordered 2 packages of 96x84 sets of pinch pleat shear curtains. One package was correct the other had 1 curtain for a 96x84 window and 1 curtain for a 48x84 window. In the same package!!!! How does that happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would have sent them back but they had been put on backorder for a while and I didn't want to wait for a new set. I made them work but I wasn't happy about it. I was going to order Pinch Pleat Curtains once I saw how the shears looked but now I'm afraid to!

The quality is not good. I spent 2 hours ironing one panel - it is 75 inches wide and 84 inches long. I had to put the drapery pins in each pleat. When I hung them each end curls and the bottom is not heavy enough to hang properly. When I got them they were folded up but they seemed lovely so I threw the old pair in the trash, which has now been picked up. I plan on folding and returning these as soon as I get the time to unhook each one and get it in the mail. To top this off I had waited over a month only to find that they were the wrong size, so I reordered them in the correct size. Again, they were back ordered for over a month. So disappointed!!

High quality. The batiste material gives a more formal and elegan appearance. Drapes hang nicely. I have just ordered another pair to use behind the draw drapes to replace rod pocket sheers. I will hem the drapes to fit into the bay window. But the look will be terrific. Highly recommend. I purchased a set of drapes at a well known chain department store and the quality was less and the price was more than these drapes.

5 Stars Nice drapery

from CA on wrote:

Very nice and does not look cheap. This drapery was a bit too short for my big window but I had enough fabric at the bottom to make it longer with some sewing. This little work showed that it was well done, good quality, I had no problem with the alteration. The only thing is that the fabric is quite thick and not as "see through" as I wished.
