4 Stars Good, but wrinkly

The tan color looks more gold-ish; I would call it "Golden Wheat". Blocks out light fairly well, but a darker color might block more. They are very stiff and wrinkly, but they are the best I've tried since roclon blackouts cannot be found. Actually, I'd sware these are made by them.

4 Stars Stiff material

These curtains are great for blacking out the light. I expected them to be wrinkled from other reviews (which they were) and had to not only wash them but iron them too. The only thing I don't like is they are still very stiff feeling/looking, but I expect that to change with another washing or two and the passing of time.

3 Stars Sound Asleep Panels

Was looking for a insulated curtain with a valance. So I ordered these. The material is heavier than I thought. It looks like a fine ribbed corduroy with a rubber backing. Caution - do not press steam iron to hard on backing, for it will melt it away. Even after steam ironing the front and back, it doesn't fall as nicely as the picture. Another caution. If you are thinking about putting two panels together, one side may be slightly shorter than the other.

We loved the first pair so much that we outfitted another room with the same ones (different color)
